About the role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the daily operations of our community wellness project. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both administrative coordination and onsite audits.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate trainer schedules and daily class arrangements
- Update schedule changes, including replacement or cover trainers
- Maintain attendance records and prepare attendance reports
- Handle daily documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Conduct onsite audits to monitor class delivery and training standards
- Document audit findings and report to the Project Lead
- Communicate updates and reminders to trainers and relevant stakeholders
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and required submissions
Requirements
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, proactive, and physically fit for onsite audits
- Prior experience in administration, operations, scheduling, or project coordination preferred
- Experience in the fitness, sports, wellness, or education sector is an advantage
- Fitness coaching certification is a plus
