As part of our continued growth and increasing project pipeline, we are seeking a Senior M&E Design Coordinator to lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical design aspects of our projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) design works for road signage and infrastructure-related projects

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and design proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, project managers, and government authorities for design approvals

• Coordinate integration of electrical systems for illuminated signage, gantries, traffic systems, and related infrastructure

• Ensure design works comply with Singapore regulatory requirements and relevant engineering standards

• Support project teams during tender, design development, and construction stages

• Identify potential design conflicts and provide practical engineering solutions

• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of design deliverables

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination, engineering design, or infrastructure projects

• Experience in road infrastructure, traffic systems, signage structures, or construction projects is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Familiar with AutoCAD and other engineering design tools

• Good knowledge of Singapore engineering standards and regulatory requirements

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
