PROJECT COORDINATOR

1. Carry out drawing and working closely on construction plans with clients, architects and other professionals

2. Monitoring installation works on site

3. Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure

4. Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition

5. Effective communication and co-cordination between project participants

6. Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements

7. Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers

8. Resolving site technical issues

9. Performance of other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior
