Job Description

  1. Assist with Planning: Help the Project Manager with timelines, schedules, and resource allocation.
  2. Update Schedules: Prepare and maintain project progress schedules using tools like Excel or MS Project.
  3. Coordinate Activities: Manage daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
  4. Ensure Workflow: Facilitate smooth operations, timely material deliveries, and adherence to schedules.
  5. Attend Meetings: Participate in site meetings and create reports.
  6. Communicate Requirements: Clearly convey client needs to site teams and provide updates.
  7. Source Materials: Order materials, track deliveries, and verify quantities on-site.
  8. Monitor Safety: Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Singapore's regulations.
  9. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
  10. Experience : candidate to have at least 3 years exprience in A&A/Construction industry
