About the role
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Sales Coordinator Administrator to serve as the backbone of our sales operations.
Note: This is a office-based support role, you are not required to source leads, negotiate with clients, or close deals. Instead, you are the administrative engine that supports our Sales Team to manage the back-end of a sales process.
Job Highlights
- Support daily sales and procurement operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Track orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on payment-related matters
- Liaise and coordinate with operations team on scheduling, delivery of sales orders to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, coordinating customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and process accuracy
- Verifying accuracy of invoices and resolves logistics disputes in consultation with various departments
- Take on ad hoc tasks and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Primary / Secondary School/ ITE/ Diploma in any discipline
- Candidates with no sales experience are welcome to apply
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Open-minded, positive, and driven with a strong can-do attitude
Working Hours
- 5 days-work-week
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm
