Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, and progress.
  • Resolve technical problems and site issues.
  • Supervise workers to ensure they perform their tasks properly and safely
  • Prepare site reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation.
  • Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
  • Prepare bar-bending schedules if required.
  • Capable of handling more than 1 project at a time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing construction sites.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Familiar with local building codes and project management tools.
  • Familiar with reinforced concrete trade.
  • Competent in preparing bar-bending schedules for reinforced concrete works
