M&E Drafter

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) Drafter to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise engineering drawings and designs to support our projects.

Job Description

. Develop detailed ACMV drawings, including layout plans, section plans, schematics, and control diagrams.
. Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and/or construction drawings in accordance with the Project Department's requirements.
. Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
. Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness.
. Maintain all drawing revisions, updates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
. Complete drafting tasks within project timelines.
. Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and handling correspondences.
. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
. Preferably with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and above or equivalent.
. Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
. Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
