Site Supervisor

Job Description:

Site Management: Supervise workers daily activities to ensure timely completion.

Safety Enforcement: Enforce all safety regulations and conduct site inspections to prevent accidents.

Coordination: Act as a liaison between project managers, workers, and clients.

Problem-Solving: Resolve design issues and unexpected site problems to minimize project delays.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven 3 years of experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Blueprint Reading: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and structural drawings.

Leadership: Excellent team management and organizational skills.

Communication: Effective communication skills for directing teams and reporting to stakeholders.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform on-site duties, often requiring walking, standing, and lifting heavy equipment.
