Richee Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in West area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects by coordinating day-to-day operations and providing administrative and coordination assistance to the project management team.
What you'll be doing
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues
- Maintaining detailed project records, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Go site visits, meetings, and other project-related activities
- Providing administrative support, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence.
- Assisting the project management team with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of projects
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel to track and manage project data
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role
- A collaborative and flexible approach to working within a team
- Advantage to have autocad skill.
