Key roles and responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Manager to deliver the tasks given.
- Liaise/Coordinate with project team and design team members
- Monitor the progress of works, ensuring the required time, cost, quality elements and smooth handover are achieved.
- Must be able to work at job site full time.
- Manage various contractors to deliver the project.
Skills & Experience
- Min 1 year of experience within a Design & Build or similar working environment as a Project Executive
- With experience in corporate office fit out projects preferred (new build and renovations would be advantageous) including a sound knowledge of MEP.
- Excellent communication skill(s) and able to interact with sub-contractors.
- Preferred knowledge in MS Office Excel, Word. MS Project is a plus.
- Must be willing to work on site.
- Able to work under pressure.
