Job Description

Richee Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in West area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects by coordinating day-to-day operations and providing administrative and coordination assistance to the project management team.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues
  • Maintaining detailed project records, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
  • Go site visits, meetings, and other project-related activities
  • Providing administrative support, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence.
  • Assisting the project management team with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of projects

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role in the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel to track and manage project data
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to working within a team
  • Advantage to have autocad skill.
