Project Coordinator - Global Shipping Carrier

Job Scope

This role is for a Project Coordinator who will provide essential support for a large-scale project focused on transforming the container shipping industry. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and the rest of the team to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Your main tasks will involve handling administrative and logistical duties, such as managing documents, keeping track of project milestones, and preparing reports. Your work will be crucial for maintaining consistency and keeping everyone aligned with the project's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update project trackers for schedules, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Help create and format weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Organize and document project meetings and workshops.
• Collect and consolidate status updates from various teams for reporting.
• Ensure all project documents are properly stored, structured, and version-controlled.
• Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Provide administrative support to the project management office and other team members.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or administrative role.
• Experience in a project management or business transformation environment is a plus.
