Project Coordinator

. Supervise and facilitate material, equipment, and manpower arrangements.

. Track usage of materials, tools, and labor to ensure the project stays within budget.

. Attend site meetings and assist in the project close-out and documentation process.

. Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

. Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

. At least 1-3 years of experience in Maintenance or A&A or related construction projects.

. Familiar with Singapore building regulations, especially for A&A Works.
