Job Overview:
Project Coordinator with a strong background in supplier, contractor, and client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding the highest business ethics. Skilled in effective communication and data transfer across clients, cross-functional teams, and management.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare Documentation of project, including tender document, contract document, bill of quantities, quotations, all sort of paperwork involves in a project.
• To assist Project Manager by coordinate, monitor and follow up project tender and on-going project progress.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time budget and quality given. Able to read and interpret drawing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client, consultant, contactor, sub-contractor, inter-department, and team member.
• To be responsible for monitoring progress of project from the pre-tender stage to project completion date.
• Proficient with CAD/CAM software for drafting and illustrating, including three-dimensional (3D) LOD 400 / 500 Revit format documentation to satisfy documentation requirements for tender and project.
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of Project Coordinator experience
• Strong expertise in cost management, scheduling, and budget adherence
• Proficient in interpreting design drawings and project documentation
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excels, Microsoft Power Point. • Able to handle multi-tasks with strong problem-solving skills.
