Project Coordinator (Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for control system projects, including maintenance, upgrades, expansions, and retrofitting activities.
• Assist in project scheduling, resource planning, and tracking of milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as proposals, work schedules, meeting minutes, progress reports, and cost tracking sheets.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring follow-up on agreed action items.
• Support service engineers by arranging site access, preparing documentation, and consolidating test reports and project records.
• Monitor project progress and highlight risks, delays, or issues to management for timely resolution.
• Liaise with customers for administrative updates and provide prompt support on documentation requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company's safety and compliance guidelines in project execution.
• Assist in invoicing, project closure documentation, and archiving of records.

Background

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in engineering, automation, or technical services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both customers and technical teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
