Process Coordinator (precision engineering services)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to support our engineering team with administrative and documentation tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing lot travellers, managing data entries, and maintaining control over engineering documents and change notices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general engineering administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.
• Handle and process lot travellers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform data entry tasks and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Maintain and control engineering documentation to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Update and track Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring timely and accurate revisions to documentation.
• Support cross-functional communication with other departments when needed.

Requirements:

• GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1 year of working experience in an administrative, documentation, or engineering support role.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
