Site Survey
- Schedule site visit: Coordinate with client and internal team.
- Conduct survey: Assess site conditions, take measurements, photos, and note potential challenges.
- Document findings: Create a detailed site report with observations and recommendations.
Quotation & Proposal
- Draft quote: Include itemized costs, timelines, and scope of work.
- Review internally: Ensure pricing and terms are accurate and competitive.
- Send proposal: Attach quote, scope document, and terms & conditions.
- Follow up: Confirm receipt and address any questions or revisions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Document Submission
- Prepare required documents: Contracts, insurance, permits, technical drawings, etc.
- Submit to client or relevant authorities: Ensure compliance and proper formatting.
- Track approvals: Maintain a checklist of submitted items and their status.
Project Follow-Up
- Kick-off meeting: Align expectations and confirm timelines.
- Monitor progress: Regular updates, site visits, and client check-ins.
- Issue progress reports: Share milestones, challenges, and next steps.
- Close-out: Final inspection, handover documents, and client feedback.
Job Requirements:
- N level with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in security system installation will be a plus point.
