Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define, document, and manage project requirements
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Manage procurement processes, material inspections, and site logistics
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and quality control requirements
  • Lead safety implementation on site and monitor compliance with safety regulations
  • Identify project issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Track, monitor, and report project progress to management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant Singapore-based certifications (e.g. WSH, BCA - an advantage)
  • Experience in construction industry is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet-based tools
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and leadership
  • Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
