Project Controller

We are looking for a Project Controller to support a large capital investment program within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role will work closely with the Project Manager to manage project financials, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update monthly project financial reports including cost status, forecast spending, and cash flow.

Track project expenditures and maintain strong control of project financials.

Support CAPEX project controlling activities, including asset capitalization and financial compliance.

Work with EPCM contractors to review claims and forecast upcoming costs.

Provide weekly financial updates and highlight project risks to the Project Manager.

Coordinate with finance teams on accruals, fixed asset management, and project closure documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Controls or Project Financial Management.

Experience supporting large capital projects in engineering, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments.

Knowledge of project cost tracking, financial forecasting, and reporting.

Experience with SAP or similar financial systems is preferred.
