Project Controller - Capital Engineering Projects

Overview
We are looking for a Project Controller to support a large capital investment program within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role will work closely with the Project Manager to manage project financials, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update monthly project financial reports including cost status, forecast spending, and cash flow.
- Track project expenditures and maintain strong control of project financials.
- Support CAPEX project controlling activities, including asset capitalization and financial compliance.
- Work with EPCM contractors to review claims and forecast upcoming costs.
- Provide weekly financial updates and highlight project risks to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with finance teams on accruals, fixed assets management, and project closure documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Controls or Project Financial Management.
- Experience supporting large capital projects in engineering, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of project cost tracking, financial forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience with SAP or similar financial systems is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder coordination
