We're a growing interior design and build firm with multiple active projects across Singapore. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on site supervisor to be our eyes and ears on the ground - someone who can manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and make sure work progresses on schedule and to standard.
This is a field-based role. You'll be moving between sites daily. You need to be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Supervise daily site operations across residential and commercial interior projects
. Coordinate and manage subcontractors (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling)
. Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and work schedules
. Conduct daily site inspections - check workmanship quality and flag issues early
. Ensure work is completed on time and to specification
. Liaise with project manager and report daily site progress
. Manage material deliveries - receive, check, and document incoming goods
. Coordinate site logistics: workers, tools, materials, access
. Identify and resolve site problems before they escalate
. Ensure site safety compliance at all times
. Attend site meetings and represent the project team when required
REQUIREMENTS
. Minimum 5 years experience in interior construction supervision (Singapore projects preferred)
. Hands-on knowledge of ID works: carpentry, wet works, M&E, finishing
. Able to read architectural and M&E drawings
. Strong communication and coordination skills
. Reliable, punctual, self-motivated - able to work independently
. Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid Class 2B or above license
. Available to start at 8:30am daily - sites begin early
. Physically fit, comfortable on active construction sites
. Fluent in English Mandarin or Malay a plus
