MEP Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

Sennex is a leading workplace design-and-build company specializing in offices and laboratories. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a capable and driven MEP Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality, technically robust projects.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across a range of office, laboratory, and industrial fit-out projects. This role requires both technical expertise and strong on-site presence to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review MEP designs in line with project requirements and local regulations
- Coordinate MEP systems with internal design, project, and construction teams
- Manage and supervise site installation and fit-out works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities on technical matters
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
- Identify and resolve design and site issues proactively
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- Experience in contracting or consultancy (design + site exposure preferred)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems within interior fit-out environments, including offices, laboratories, and industrial facilities
- Familiarity with coordination of services in fast-paced fit-out projects
- Ability to manage both design and site supervision responsibilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
