Job Title: Property Management Technician
Job Summary:
A Property Management Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This includes handling electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning (AC) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for electrical systems (lighting, power outlets, wiring)
- Carry out basic plumbing work (fix leaks, clear blockages, repair pipes and fixtures)
- Service and maintain air conditioning systems, including cleaning and troubleshooting
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and prevent issues
- Coordinate with external contractors when required
- Keep records of maintenance work and report major issues
- Follow safety procedures and building regulations
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge or experience in electrical, plumbing, and aircon servicing
- Hands-on skills with tools and maintenance equipment
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed on-site at residential or commercial properties
- May require handling urgent repairs or after-hours calls
- Physically active role involving lifting, climbing, and manual tasks
