Job Summary
Provide critical M&E infrastructure services and solutions for IT premises including Data Centres, Server Rooms, and Call Centres, managing projects and supporting service repairs to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management and implementation for critical M&E infrastructure services in IT environments to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Support service repair and project work by diagnosing issues and coordinating technical solutions
- Coordinate and collaborate across multiple discipline projects to integrate diverse technical requirements
- Monitor project progress by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain schedules
- Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Apply effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
