Role Description

This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, is for a Project Assistant. The selected candidate will assist with project management tasks such as coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring project timelines are met. The role includes research, preparing reports, supporting administrative functions, and collaborating with team members both in-office and remotely. As a hybrid role, it provides the flexibility of working from home while maintaining regular in-office touchpoints for seamless communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills, including task prioritization, scheduling, and maintaining project documentation
  • Excellent research and report-preparation abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in software tools for documentation, presentation, and project management
  • Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Understanding of project management principles is an advantage
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Accounting, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the accountancy or finance field, is an asset
