Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Assistant, based in Singapore. The role involves managing project coordination tasks, assisting in documenting project activities, and ensuring timelines are followed. The Project Assistant will organize meetings, track project progress, and provide administrative support. Some remote work is acceptable, though on-site presence will occasionally be required.

  • Strong Organizational and Administrative skills
  • Good Communication and Team Collaboration abilities
  • Attention to Detail and Ability to Prioritize Tasks
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, or other project management software
  • Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment with both remote and in-person responsibilities
  • Educational background or certification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in supporting project teams or similar roles is advantageous
