Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Program Manager / Senior Project Officer / Project Assistant based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing critical projects to ensure their successful delivery. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, liaising with stakeholders, preparing detailed reports, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements. The selected candidate will also support strategic planning and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
