Job Description

  • Establish and manage strong business relationships with merchants
  • Servicing accounts by undertaking queries, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions
  • Liaising with merchants on necessary documents and updating into system
  • Querying data & generating report for merchants request and management needs
  • Perform broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses for merchant business review
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

The Talent

  • At least 3 months of office admin experience
  • Self-motivated, with high degree of initiative and drive
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and produce quality work
