Prepare design concept as directed by Design Architects.
Co-ordinate presentation materials.
Make changes to design as required by Client.
Strong design-based work environment. Managed design from conception to completion. Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings. Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of materials used.
Scopes of works involve in conceptual design, design development, tender preparation, authority submissions, project management during submissions, preparing BIM modelling and clash detection reports.
Min 4 years and above experience in handling site coordination with consultants and contractors.
Fully versed in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Revit, Photoshop and Microsoft office (preferred).
Committed, enthusiastic, independent and diligent with good design flair and creativity.
