Liaise with in-house medical centres and network of clinics on admin matters pertaining to our project.
Liaise with in-house medical centres and network of clinics to ensure medical report submissions comply with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of our project.
Liaise with Finance Department and our client on billing matters pertaining to our project.
Submit billing and utilization reports to client.
Have prim & proper documentation for audit purpose.
Work with other teams/departments on the assigned project.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and scanning of paper documents, sorting of documents, updating and distribution.
Attend to phone and email enquiries on matters pertaining to the assigned project.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma Levels and above for the position of Administrative Executive.
Minimum GCE O Levels for the position of Administrative Assistant.
Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
1 - 2 years of working experience.
Good reading and verbal communication skills to attend to email enquiries
