Project Administrative to support our project team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager to contribute to the smooth execution of projects. You will play a key role in coordinating project documentation, assisting with timelines and scheduling, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project-related events
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Support procurement, budgeting, or invoicing processes related to projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a construction project-based environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
