Job Description

Project Administrative to support our project team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager to contribute to the smooth execution of projects. You will play a key role in coordinating project documentation, assisting with timelines and scheduling, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project-related events
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all documentation is up to date
  • Support procurement, budgeting, or invoicing processes related to projects

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a construction project-based environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
