Reports to: Department Head
Job Description
- Complete assigned drafting tasks and assess drawings, making relevant adjustments based on project requirements.
- Cooperate and communicate with the Projects team to gather and clarify drawing requirements.
- Plan, manage, and maintain Building Information Modelling (BIM) data in compliance with project standards.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models.
- Assist with project administration tasks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, schedules, and progress reports, for both the Sales and Project teams.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients as needed.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, BIM, Construction, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in drafting and/or project coordination roles.
- Proficient in AutoCAD experience with other drafting or BIM software is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) familiarity with project scheduling tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
