Job Description

  • To prepare projects documentation like testing form, zone chart, checklist, inventory list, OMM, training materials, handover certificate and others required.
  • To do submission and arrangement for projects name list clearance, MOS before commencement of projects
  • To prepare and submit quotations to client for project variation orders
  • To follow up with supplier on equipment repair status and update project team and client
  • To arrange sample board submission with suppliers and clients
  • To assist the project team members with emails to clients/suppliers and follow up
  • Maintain proper filing system (both softcopy & hardcopy) for projects records
  • Assist with overtime sheet for the project technicians to HR dept
  • Any other duties assigned by management related to technical and project support

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years working experience in ELV System company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Works, Powerpoint)
  • Meticulous in work with good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision
  • A good team player with ability to meet tight deadline.
  • Must be able to multi-task and take pressure
  • Able to work OT when require
  • Able to start work immediate or within short notice
  • 5 Days work week
