- Provide administrative support to the project team, including document preparation, filing, and reporting.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating site activities.
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory tracking.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
- Support logistics coordination, including air and sea shipments.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level Diploma preferred.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in engineering or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills able to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
