- Provide administrative support at the project site, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs and tracking inventory.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports for management.
- Verify invoices and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the site office.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
