The Role

We are seeking a proactive professional to manage and grow SID's programmes. You'll collaborate with agencies, partners, and faculty, design engaging training materials, and ensure programmes deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead programme planning and execution

• Partner with stakeholders and vendors

• Design and develop training resources

• Monitor performance and recommend improvements

• Provide committee support and strengthen internal processes

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in learning/training or programme operations

• Project management and programme development skills

• Familiarity with e-learning/LMS is a plus

• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

• Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable

Suitable Backgrounds

We welcome applicants from education, corporate training, professional associations, consultancy, or related fields. Experience in programme coordination, learning operations, or stakeholder management is highly valued.
