The Role
We are seeking a proactive professional to manage and grow SID's programmes. You'll collaborate with agencies, partners, and faculty, design engaging training materials, and ensure programmes deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do
Lead programme planning and execution
Partner with stakeholders and vendors
Design and develop training resources
Monitor performance and recommend improvements
Provide committee support and strengthen internal processes
What We're Looking For
2+ years in learning/training or programme operations
Project management and programme development skills
Familiarity with e-learning/LMS is a plus
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable
Suitable Backgrounds
We welcome applicants from education, corporate training, professional associations, consultancy, or related fields. Experience in programme coordination, learning operations, or stakeholder management is highly valued.
