Job Description

Position Summary

The Executive, Parent Peer Support (PPS) Programme plays a central role in supporting the implementation, coordination and administration of the Parent Peer Support model across SPED schools. This role ensures smooth programme delivery, highquality schoolhome partnership activities, effective mobilisation of parent leaders, and strong collaboration among CaringSG, School SHP Committees, MOE, trainers and other partners.

The Executive will serve as a key operational backbone for programme management, stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination, data administration and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities

A. Programme Coordination & Implementation

. Support the PPS team in planning, organising and executing programme activities across participating schools.

. Coordinate implementation phases (stakeholder engagement, exploration, installation, implementation, monitoring & evaluation) as outlined in the PPS programme.

. Assist schools in setting up the SchoolHome Partnership (SHP) committee and onboarding PPS parent leaders.

. Coordinate programme calendars, timelines and milestones for multiple schools concurrently.

. Provide logistical and administrative support for workshops, training sessions, parenting talks, professional development sessions and PPS activities.

B. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

. Support the main POC in liaising with school SHP committees, MOE officers, trainers and volunteers.

. Maintain communication channels with school leaders, parent leaders and committee members to ensure timely followup on decisions and action items.

. Assist in recruitment and engagement of parent leaders for PPS activities, training and network building.

C. Administrative & Operational Support

. Handle registration, venue booking, materials preparation and session coordination for workshops and training (e.g., SelfCare Workshop, Caregiver Volunteer Training Parts 1 & 2, Step Two).

. Maintain proper documentation including TORs, agreements, PPS membership forms, and attendance records.

D. Data, Monitoring & Evaluation

. Support evaluation activities including pre and postsurveys, attendance tracking, output measurement and outcome measurement tools.

. Assist with data consolidation for quarterly updates, partnership reports and annual reporting to funders.

. Ensure proper data governance and confidentiality as required by CaringSG policies.

E. Resource Development & Quality Assurance

. Assist the team in refining training materials, easyread guides, SHP committee resources, and PPS activity planning guides.

. Work with allied professionals and educational psychologists to ensure relevance and alignment with SPED/SWAN contexts.

. Support continuous quality improvement based on feedback and monitoring findings.

F. Governance & Project Support

. Support the project team in ensuring funding compliance, budget tracking, and documentation for audits.

. Assist in preparing materials for presentations, briefs and stakeholder reporting.

Key Competencies & Attributes

. Good organisational, coordination and project management skills.

. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (parents, teachers, school leaders, allied health professionals).

. Positive, empathetic and collaborative working style aligned with PPS's ethos of Respectful communication, Role modelling and Real connection (3R).

. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

. Comfortable with multitasking and tracking multiple timelines across several schools.

. Prior experience with community programmes, SPED sector, parent engagement or volunteer management is advantageous.

Qualifications

. Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Community Development or related fields.

. Prior experience in programme coordination or operations preferred.

. Experience in the social service or special education sector is an added advantage.

Reports to: PPS SPED-SWAN Programme Lead (CaringSG)

Salary Range

SGD 3,600-4,400
