Programme Executive
- Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
- Salary range: SGD 2600 - SGD 3500
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
- Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
- Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Manage programme budgets and resources.
- Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields)
- Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
- Min 1 year of relevant experience with conducting programmes
