Job Description

Employment Type: Contract

The role is for a period of two (2) years, with the option to extend for an additional one (1) year. 

Job Overview

The Programmes & Planning Executive supports strategic planning, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement tracking, and reporting functions for community engagement initiatives and partnership programmes. The role requires strong organisational, analytical, and administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and programme coordination activities for community engagement initiatives

• Track programme targets, engagement outcomes, and key performance indicators

• Maintain tracking systems, databases, and records for stakeholder engagement activities

• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentation materials, and management updates

• Support programme planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, and operational follow-up

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, meetings, and partnership initiatives

• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and programme improvement efforts

• Provide administrative and operational support for projects and initiatives

• Maintain proper documentation and records for programme activities

• Support other duties and projects assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Information Management, Communications, or related disciplines

• At least 3 years of experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, planning, operations coordination, or related functions

• Experience working with community groups, non-profit organisations, or public sector agencies will be advantageous

• Strong analytical, organisational, and coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with tracking systems and reporting tools

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative

• Willing to support evening, weekend, or after-office-hours engagements and activities when required
