We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience delivering complex data platform and analytics programs within the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, ETL/ELT frameworks, business intelligence, regulatory reporting, and cross-enterprise program leadership.
This role will lead multi-year, multi-vendor programs that enable data-driven decision-making, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.
- 1520 years of total experience with 810+ years managing enterprise data platform or analytics programs in the FSI sector.
- Strong expertise in data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, data lakes/warehouses, and BI/reporting.
- Hands-on experience with data governance, metadata management, lineage, data quality, and regulatory data management.
- Proven delivery experience in multi-vendor, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior executives in business, risk, finance, and compliance.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures (Data Lakehouse, Mesh, Fabric).
- Strong command of program governance, budget control, and change management practices.
