AI Technical Program Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for an AI Technical Program Manager to drive the strategy, identify feasible and high value applications and adopt AI initiatives across the organization. You will work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, manage roadmaps, and ensure successful deployment of AI solutions.

Reports to: Director, Technology

Role and Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the AI roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional programs involving data, engineering, and product teams.
• Prioritize AI use cases and manage intake from business units.
• Establish KPIs and feedback loops for AI performance and adoption.
• Identify and recommend technologies that aligns with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program or product management.
• Proven track record of successful delivering and managing AI/ML or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and lifecycle, preferably in shipping/logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and enterprise environments.
