This is a 6 months contract hire with possibilities of extension subjected to individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale marketing and creative programs across multiple workstreams.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans aligned with go-to-market strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external creative and production agencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
- Manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure media and creative best practices are applied throughout campaign development.
- Partner with marketing, creative, media, research, and analytics teams to drive measurable business impact.
- Identify gaps, propose innovative solutions, and support creative excellence across initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and business-level Bahasa Indonesia is required to effectively liaise with stakeholders in Indonesia as part of the role's cross-border collaboration responsibilities.
- 10+ years experience in a creative agency, production studio, or digital marketing environment.
- Proven experience managing marketing or product campaigns from concept through execution.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns (live action, digital, animation) on digital platforms.
- Exposure to global and regional transcreation.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
