Job Responsibilities:
1. Program Planning & Strategy
Define program objectives aligned with company strategy.
Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap.
Establish governance structure and reporting framework.
2. Project Oversight
Oversee multiple projects within the program.
Ensure project managers deliver on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Manage interdependencies between projects.
3. Stakeholder Management
Engage senior management and key stakeholders.
Provide regular program status updates.
Manage expectations and resolve escalated issues.
4. Risk & Issue Management
Identify and mitigate program-level risks.
Resolve cross-project conflicts.
Ensure proper change management processes are followed.
5. Financial & Resource Management
Manage program budget and cost control.
Optimize resource allocation across projects.
Monitor financial performance against targets.
6. Performance Monitoring
Define KPIs and success metrics.
Track progress and ensure benefits realization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in project or program management.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification (preferred).
