Process Transformation Operations Lead
We are looking for a seasoned Loans Process Transformation Operations Lead to join our regional financial institution. This is a high-impact role ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possess a strong background in operations, digital transformation, and process improvement. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while driving strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on continuous improvement and innovation efforts within the loans operations domain.
- Analyse current workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Redesign and implement optimized processes that drive productivity and reduce operational risk.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing securities platforms, operational infrastructure, and product offerings.
- Support the operations manager in building a high-performing, agile, and collaborative team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with 810 years of experience in transformation within the wholesale banking loan operations space, preferably within large enterprises or financial institutions.
- Proven success in implementing process improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma or process reengineering background.
- Solid experience in the financial services sector, especially in areas such as trading, hedge fund, settlement, and custody.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards applicable to regional financial institutions.
