Job Description

• A professional certification in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, or public sector innovation.
• Proven track record in leading departmental initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and delivering projects with measurable organisational impact.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. LEAN, Agile, Design Thinking) and digital adoption strategies is preferred.
• Experience with Finance and Budgeting processes will be an advantage
