ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Role Summary
The Assistant IT Manager End-User Computing (EUC) oversees support operations, technical services, security, and architecture planning for all end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, unified communication systems, and Office applications.
Area of Responsibility
- Provide EUC Support to users, including laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and Office applications.
- EUC inventory and Fixed assets life cycle management.
- Evaluate and propose improvements on EUC equipment.
- Incident and problems management.
- Server backup, update, maintenance etc.
- Network equipment upgrade, maintenance etc.
- Vendor management for infra-related projects.

- Communicate effectively to users at all levels.
- Manage and negotiate with vendors on project costing, timeline etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology
- 5 Years experience in 1st level support
Aptitude and Skills
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience supporting multi-site environments with diverse user groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory administration.
- Skilled in endpoint protection, patch management, software distribution, and mobile device management platforms.
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
- Solid understanding of current technology trends, and emerging innovations.
Business & Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Capable of managing clear and efficient communication channels, anticipating issues, and resolving them proactively.
