This position is a 24month projectbased contract, dedicated to leading one of our most strategic Oracle Cloud transformation programs, with the ability to travel regularly between Macau and Singapore.
Job Responsibilities

- Define and drive the program governance framework, including RAID management, phase-gate reviews, steering committee reporting, and executive escalation.
- Develop and maintain a detailed integrated program plan covering data migration, configuration, integration (PMS, POS, CRM, gaming systems), testing, training, change management, and cutover strategy.
- Ensure zero material disruption to gaming operations, guest services, and revenue during migration waves and cutover.
- Manage program budget, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to deliver on time.
- Drive rigorous risk, compliance, and security management (gaming regulatory requirements, data privacy, AML, SOX-equivalent controls).
- Partner closely with business unit leaders (Finance, HR, Operations, Revenue Management, IT Ops) to validate requirements, secure sign-off, and realize targeted benefits (e.g., process automation, cost savings, real-time reporting).
- Establish and track program KPIs, including milestone achievement, adoption rates, system performance, and ROI.
- Act as the single point of accountability for program status to the Regional VP, business and IT Executive Steering Committee.
