Job Description
JobDescription
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications and work instructions.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Conduct product inspections and test run to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and load raw materials, components, and tooling for production.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Record production and quality data accurately.
- Report equipment issues, quality defects, and safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety and 5S requirements.
- Support continuous improvement activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
