Production Technician - KT

Up to $3,200 Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + VB

This role is primarily responsible for hands-on production operations and routine manufacturing activities. Approximately 70-80% of working time will be spent on manufacturing operations. High-performing employees may have opportunities to develop into engineering roles in the future.

Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing equipment for silver paste production.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Perform material preparation, mixing, filling, cleaning and packing activities.
- Conduct routine in-process inspections and record production data.
- Complete production and quality records accurately.
- Monitor equipment status and report abnormalities to supervisors.
- Support preventive maintenance and workplace organization activities.
- Comply with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Assist quality investigations and continuous improvement activities when assigned.
- Support production transfer, new product introduction and engineering projects.
- Provide manufacturing support to global customers through internal coordination.
- Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

- Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, record and analyze operational data accurately.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop engineering skills over time.
